This course equips church leaders, ministry workers, and Kingdom-minded professionals with a comprehensive, scripturally grounded framework for exercising the dominion mandate across every sphere of life. Rooted in 1 Corinthians 2:16 (“we have the mind of Christ”) and Proverbs 23:7 (“as he thinks in his heart, so is he”), the curriculum transforms theological knowledge into practical, daily dominion over the mind, finances, relationships, and work.
The course adopts a progressive mastery approach: each module builds upon the previous, culminating in an integrated dominion lifestyle. Participants move from foundational biblical theology through four practical pillars to a comprehensive personal action plan.
All course materials are delivered as self-contained reading lessons. Each lesson is designed to be read, studied, and reflected upon independently. No external video content is required. The written materials contain the complete teaching, Scripture references, practical applications, reflection questions, and assessment instructions needed for full course completion.
Course Learning Outcomes
Upon successful completion of this course, participants will be able to:
- Understand and articulate the biblical dominion mandate from Genesis 1:26-31, including the five imperatives (be fruitful, multiply, fill, subdue, have dominion) and their contemporary application.
- Explain and apply the concept of the mind of Christ (1 Corinthians 2:16) as a practical operational framework for Kingdom living, not merely a theological abstraction.
- Identify and dismantle mental strongholds, arguments, and high things (2 Corinthians 10:4-5) using the mighty weapons of God.
- Implement the seven principles of Kingdom finance in personal, family, and ministry contexts whilst avoiding both the prosperity gospel ditch and the poverty piety ditch.
- Build and maintain accountable, truth-centred leadership relationships ordered by love, truth, and accountability.
- Transform professional work into an expression of Kingdom dominion characterised by excellence, integrity, and productivity.
- Develop a comprehensive, 12-month Personal Dominion Mandate Action Plan integrating all four pillars.
How To Use This Course
Each module contains four lessons. Each lesson is structured as follows:
Opening Scripture: A key verse that anchors the lesson’s teaching.
Lesson Reading: The core teaching material, written as a comprehensive, self-explanatory text. Read carefully and prayerfully; underline or highlight key points.
Scripture Study: A list of Bible passages to read alongside the lesson. These are not optional; they are integral to the learning. Read each passage in full before proceeding to the next section.
Key Concepts Summary: A concise summary of the lesson’s main ideas for review and memorisation.
Reflection Questions: Questions designed to help you process the material personally and apply it to your life and ministry context.
Practical Exercise: A hands-on activity to be completed before the next lesson.
At the end of each module, there is an assessment (quiz and/or practical assignment) that must be submitted for grading. The final module includes a capstone project that integrates all four pillars into a personal 12-month action plan.

- FOUNDATION — THE THRONE AND THE THOUGHTThis foundational module establishes the twin scriptural pillars upon which the entire course rests: the mind of Christ (1 Corinthians 2:16) and the principle that as a man thinks in his heart, so is he (Proverbs 23:7). Participants will engage in a detailed exegetical study of Genesis 1:26-31, the dominion mandate, and will be introduced to the Four Pillars framework that structures the remainder of the course. Module Learning Objectives By the end of this module, participants will be able to: 1. Exegete Genesis 1:26-31 with attention to the Hebrew terms tselem (image) and demut (likeness) and their theological significance. 2. Explain the five imperatives of the dominion mandate and their contemporary relevance. 3. Articulate the practical meaning of possessing the mind of Christ. 4. Connect Proverbs 23:7 to the trajectory of personal and communal destiny. 5. Identify the four pillars of practical dominion (mind, finances, relationships, work) and explain their interconnection5
- DOMINION OVER THE MIND — Renewed by the Word of GodThis module focuses exclusively on the first and foundational pillar: dominion over the mind. Participants will learn to identify mental strongholds, understand the anatomy of spiritual warfare in the mind, and develop practical disciplines for sustained mental renewal through the Word of God. Module Learning Objectives By the end of this module, participants will be able to: 1. Explain the Greek concept of metamorphoo (Romans 12:2) and its implications for mental transformation. 2. Define and distinguish between strongholds (ochuroma), arguments (logismos), and high things (hupsoma) from 2 Corinthians 10:4-5. 3. Identify personal mental strongholds and trace the arguments that sustain them. 4. Describe the three practical characteristics of the mind of Christ: seeing from the throne, evaluating by the Word, and creating rather than consuming. 5. Develop a personal discipline plan for daily mind renewal through Scripture saturation.0
- DOMINION OVER FINANCES — Governed by Kingdom PrinciplesThis module addresses the second pillar: financial dominion. Participants will learn to navigate between the two ditches of the crude prosperity gospel and false poverty piety, and will master the seven principles of Kingdom finance rooted in Scripture. Module Learning Objectives By the end of this module, participants will be able to: 1. Articulate the biblical theology of wealth as covenantal stewardship (Deuteronomy 8:18). 2. Identify and critique both the crude prosperity gospel and false poverty piety as distortions of biblical truth. 3. Explain the paradigm shift from ownership to stewardship using the Parable of the Talents. 4. Apply the seven principles of Kingdom finance to personal and ministry contexts. 5. Develop a personal financial stewardship plan aligned with Kingdom priorities.0
- DOMINION OVER RELATIONSHIPS — Ordered by Love, Truth, and AccountabilityThis module addresses the third pillar: relational dominion. Participants will learn to build and sustain Kingdom relationships ordered by the three pillars of love, truth, and accountability, and will develop practical skills in forgiveness as the currency of relational restoration. Module Learning Objectives By the end of this module, participants will be able to: 1. Explain why the dominion mandate is inherently communal ("Let THEM have dominion"). 2. Apply the Proverbs 23:7 warning about duplicity to relational dynamics in church leadership. 3. Define and practise the three relational pillars: love as foundation, truth as structure, accountability as safety mechanism. 4. Articulate and apply the biblical theology of forgiveness (Ephesians 4:31-32) in leadership contexts. 5. Develop a personal relational audit and restoration plan.0
- DOMINION OVER WORK AND THE CONVERGENCE; Excellence, Integrity, Productivity, and Integrated Dominion LivingThis culminating module addresses the fourth pillar (dominion over work) and then brings all four pillars together in the Convergence: the integrated, practical, daily exercise of the dominion mandate across every sphere of life. The module concludes with the Declaration of Dominion and the commissioning of participants to walk in what they have learned. Module Learning Objectives By the end of this module, participants will be able to: 1. Articulate the biblical theology of work as mandate (pre-Fall) rather than curse (post-Fall). 2. Apply the three dimensions of workplace dominion (excellence, integrity, productivity) to their specific professional context. 3. Dismantle the sacred/secular divide and articulate the dominion mandate's relevance to every sphere of human activity. 4. Integrate all four pillars into a comprehensive, practical, daily dominion lifestyle. 5. Develop and present a Personal Dominion Mandate Action Plan for the next 12 months.0
